We are a Value Added Reseller for Content Creators who are looking for Publishing Computer Systems for design along with Publishing software, font management, server storage, support, training, etc. Although we don’t provide the computer hardware, we can spec it out and provide the publishing software and services that will go with it. We have a service focus for our chosen territory: Eastern New York (including NYC for software only), Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Western Mass, and Eastern PA and Northern Delaware. This is the same territory we cover for fiber optic and network work under Imagine.com Telecommunications, Inc. and the same territory we had when Imagine.com was an Authorized Apple Value Added Reseller (within 3.5 hours drive time). Many customers are looking for the most recent recommendations for computer hardware and software on the PC and Macintosh because of the rapid pace of changing technology, to guide their specialized needs for computer performance for their software and to match overall computer performance for their total investment. They want to invest wisely in technology. We can provide those recommendations. We also provide hardware installation services, software installations, and software training. Through Imagine.com Telecommunications, Inc., we can design large scale publishing networks with many workstations and large production requirements. Our largest installation was done some time ago for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company. We have experience in high speed optical networking for large publishing and commercial printer operations.

In the Creative Services Department in the headquarters of a large company, there is often a requirement to connect via networks to a Printing Department, the Corporate IT department, their servers and mainframes, any Copy Centers on the premises, a TV/Multimedia Studio, and to also handle innovative Business Workflow software that spans across Departments. We understand the corporate networking enviroment extremely well and can speak the IT Department’s language so work is done on time and on budget while also staying focused on the Creative Services Department’s requirements both for the department itself to accomplish it’s work and then the larger requirement, to provide content to the rest of the company.
