Our usual support hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM although we are often here earlier and later than that. If you are ever having any problems with email, dns, or routing delays or ever encounter problems with your website or colocation server(s), please e-mail us immediately. Or if you prefer, you can fill out our support form on our tracking database with your technical support issue. We also have voice mail after hours if you want to leave a message.
Spam: We use filters to keep out unwanted email as well as the current technology allows. If you give out your email to random sites, you will get email. Use good judgement about giving out your email address. If you are an Imagine.Com customer and have been getting unsolicated email or for spam (Junk, email abuse) email questions contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can change your email address if you request it to stop email spam. COMPANY POLICY: We do NOT give out or sell our client email account list.
